- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for the acquisition of 1 each Honeywell EGPWS Test Set, Part # 951-0372-020. for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Honeywell Avionics and Airline Products, Redmond, WA., in accordance with AMS Policy 3.2.2.4. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 336143. A market survey was conducted on September 11, 2003, and the results of this survey supports our determination to solicit and negotiate with only one firm. Your inquiry should indicate if the SIR is being requested for Information, Subcontracting, or Bidding purposes. A Request for copies of the SIR shall be made by facsimile 405-954-3030, Attn: Carolyn Engelke. ???This Notice is for informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, has a program to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by a socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women-owned concerns to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $500,000.
