BRAND NAME OR EQUAL. ALL OR NONE. NO SPLIT SHIPMENTS. MUST MEET ALL SPECIFICATIONS. SPECIFICATIONS REQUIRED. LOWEST PRICE TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE (LPTA) REQUIRED DELIVERY: SEPT 30, 2003 All responsible small businessesses may submit a quote which if timely received shall be considered by the agency. Fax quotes by the deadline (Sept. 17, 2003; 05:00pm EDT) to P.O.C. at (703) 875-6292. Vendors shall call P.O.C. after faxing quote to ensure receipt. Carpenter CX2-12-72-12: Wall Mountable Emergency Lighting Units or equal. 250EA ** These lights are for inside use and light up exit paths. MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING SPECIFICATIONS: 1) Incandescent Dual Lamps Attachable to the Unit Body (i.e. one unit with 2 lamps attached to the unit body) Electrical Requirements 1) Must be 120 Volt, 60 Hertz Operating Cycles with 12 Volt Back-Up Batteries and Charger inside the Unit Body. 2) Unit must also contain a Status light and Test Button on the Exterior of the Unit Body. 3) Units are to be White, Tan, or Off White in Color and Packed in Individual Shipping Containers. Units cannot be Grey. 4) Lamp watt configuration must be at least 18 watts per lamp and not exceed 72 watts combined. Important Information: Halogen bulb may be used if it meets wattage. Switchable units are NOT ACCEPTABLE due to past experience on the life of the unit.
