- The Bureau of Labor Statistics intends to enter into a sole source contract under Simplified Acquisition Procedures with NEXTEL COMMUNICATION, 4340 East West Highway Suite 600, Bethesda, MD 20814. to add antenna and upgrade the existing NEXTEL telephone services currently used by BLS.
