- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas intends to make a single award for the provision of various subsistence dairy and juice products for the United States Penitentiary located in Terre Haute Indiana. The contract type is firm-fixed price, indefinite delivery/requirements contract. The contract period shall consist of a 12 month period. The estimated quantities for the performance period are as follows: 260,000 Cartons of 2% Milk, ? Pt Cartons, Kosher; 7,800 Disposable Containers of 1% Milk, 5 Gallon Containers; 2,000 Containers of Cottage Cheese, 5 Lb Container; 1,000 Containers of Sour Cream. 5 Lb Container; 20,000 Cartons of Fruit Punch, ? Pt Cartons, Kosher; 5,200 Cartons of 50% Orange Juice, ? Pt Cartons, Kosher; 5,200 Cartons of 50% Apple Juice, ? Pt Cartons, Kosher. The solicitation will be made available on or about October 1, 2003 and will be solely distributed through the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. This site provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information regarding this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is on or about October 27, 2003. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered
