- CR/PD 03-10 T Shirts, Army, Dated January 29, 2003.The T-Shirt shall be Brown 436. Quantities with one Option Term Year are revised to reflect the increase in quantity from 4,600 min/46,000 max as indicated below: Quantity: Minimum 46,000; Maximum 460,000. This is a "Best Value" buy and PDM and Past Performance will be considered; with One Option Term Year. This is a domestic produciton oreinted procurement base on the Berry Amendment Guidelines.
