NSN 4330001-458-9915,element, Coalescer., 22 inches overall length, being bought in accordance with Beta Fluid Systems (51744) P/N I-62287TB or Facet International (87405) P/N CA22-3SB. Solicitation is for a long-term contract and requires pricing for various quantity ranges for shipments to various stock locations within CONUS. The FOB is destination. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date of 10/01/03. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. Technical drawings/bid sets are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed 5 years. This solicitation is unrestricted. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
