Description
REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 4,193 rentable square feet, yielding 2,900 usable square feet of warehouse and 1,124 usable square feet of contiguous office and related space in Clermont, Florida. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design, tasteful rehabilitation in modern use or new construction. LOCATION: Offered properties must be located within the following delineated area: Central Florida area bounded by SR 50, SR 33, and The Florida Turnpike. Note: A map demonstrating the delineated area is available upon request. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. On-site parking is required per local code and ordinance with a minimum of eight non-reserved surface parking spaces and .33 acres fenced yard available on site. Space must be ready for occupancy by July 17, 2004 or sooner. LEASE TERM: Term is 5 years, 3 years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges, after 3 years.
