- Description
- The U S Naval Academy intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Quadrant Corporation, 340 Front Street, Marion MA 02738, for Watch Captain Server and Users Licenses. The procurement of this service in a competivitive basis will result in a duplication of cost and time to the government. Per FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other service will satisfy the Government's requirement and FAR 6.302-2, Unusual and compelling urgency, the U S Naval Academy will not have a full and open competition on this requirement. This shall close on Monday, 15 Sep 03 at 12:00 PM local time.
