- Description
- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire three (3) Polygraph Workstations in support of the Naval Criminal Investigative Service, Washington D.C. The devices are utilized by NCIS personnel for operational and administrative missions. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, AXCITON SYSTEMS, INC., under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be used. The RFQ number will be N00140-03-Q-4611. The NAICS code is 334519 and the Small Business Standard is 500 employees. A firm fixed price order is anticipated for award by 30 September 2003. The Request for Quotation may require the submission of cost/price and technical information.
