- Description
- Solicitation N62836-03-R-0199 Due 1 December 2003. The Government intends to issue a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) for a project entitled Renovation of New Sanno Hotel, Phase II, Tokyo, Japan. This will be a firm fixed price contract with three phases. The work is a design/build package which includes renovation of exterior Porte-cochere, construction of independent canopy at entrance, miscellaneous renovation work at first, second and basement floors, upgrading the staircase from basement to second floor level; modification of existing fire protection, HVAC system, electrical power and lighting system, including sampling, testing, and abatement of lead based paint and asbestos containing materials; and related work. All work shall be completed within 600 calendar days after the date of award. All applicable Trade Agreement Act clauses in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFAR) will be utilized for this solicitation. Price and Technical Proposals are being solicited. A pre-proposal conference will be held approximately 14 calendar days after issuance of the solicitation.
