- THIS IS AN AMENDMENT TO COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION N00421-03-R-0134, ORIGINALLY POSTED ON 03 SEPTEMBER 2003. AMENDMENT 0004 ? N00421-03-R-0134. From 0900 to 1300 on 11 September 2003, the Government hosted a site visit for potential offerors to view one of the Beaver aircraft that constitutes part of this requirement and to ask questions. Based on the results of the site visit, and in particular the questions concerning the level of refurbishment required, the Government has determined to withdraw this action in order to better define its requirements. The Government wishes to express its thanks to those firms that indicated their interest and imparted their expertise via their incisive questions and comments. When this requirement has been appropriately modified, it will again be posted to the FEDBIZOPPS site (http://www.fedbizopps.gov/) and NAVAIR home page for solicitations web site (http://www.navair.navy.mil/doing_business/open_solicitations/). We encourage all interested parties to watch for it. We anticipate re-release in approximately 30-60 days. END OF AMENDMENT
