- NA This requirement is for PRON: AX3F0386AX, NSN: 1560-01-078-5705, PN: 70410-02451-042, Quantity: 44 each applicable to the UH-60 Airframe. Destination with delivery to TEXARKANA, TX. When First Article is applicable, required delivery is 14 each, 630 days after Contract Award, with subsequent monthly quantities of 15 each until order is complete. When First Article is not applicable, or First Article is waived, required delivery is 14 each, 420 days after Contract Award, with subsequent monthly quantities of 15 each until order is complete. This item is restricted to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, Cage Code 78286 because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing un ique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of this part from the approved source(s). Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequal ification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required items described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitat ions by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation.
