This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are b eing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. NetWare requirment: 1 each: New NetWare 6.5 50-user e-license 2 each: Upgrade NetWare 6.5 100-user e-License from any NetWare 2 each: Media NetWare 6.5 Software Media Kit Stron Encryption (128+ bit) English GroupWise requirment: 2 each: Media GroupWise 6.5 Software Media Kit Stron Encryption (128+ bit) Multilingual 100 each: New GroupWise 6.5 1-user e-license 150 each: Upgrade GroupWise 6.5 1-user e-license Applicable provison and clauses: FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial items; DFAR 252.204-7004 Required Central Contractor Registration; FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Impliment Statutes and Executive Orders--Commercial Items, the following clause s are applicable and incorporated by reference: FAR 52.222-21, Prohibition of Segregated Facilites; FAR 52-222-26, Equal Opportunity; FAR 52.222-35, Affirmatiove Action for Disabled and Veitnam Era Veterans; FAR 52.222-36, Affirmative Action for Handicappe d Workers; FAR 52.222-37 Employment Reports on Special Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era; FAR 52.232-33 Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer--Central Contractor Registration. EVALUATION FACTORS: The contract type for this procurement will b e firm fixed price and will be made on the basis of best value to the Government, price and other factors considered.
