NA This is a Request for Information (RFI) only. The government seeks information from 8a vendors, for the MTMC System Response Center (MSRC). The MTMC System Response Center, MSRC is an inbound and outbound call center servicing multiple transportation app lications. MTMC seeks 8a contractors that specialize in technical support services to support customers of MTMC's Transportation programs and systems. This is a request for 8a vendor information only. This RFI will be used for Market Research only. The RFI will be available for viewing after 11:00 a.m. 11 Sep 03. This information must be rec eived by 5:00 p.m. EST 17 Sep 2003. 8a vendors should forward all information to Toye Latimore, Contracting Officer, HQ MTMC 200 Stovall Street, Room 12S33, Hoffman II, Alexandria, VA 22332 Email: latimoret@mtmc.army.mil (703) 428-2067 or to Joyce Koon, Contract Specialist, HQMTMC 200 Stovall Street, Room 12S33, Hoffman II, Alexandria, VA 22332 Email: koonj@mtmc.army.mil, (703) 428-2096. 8a vendors are required to submit their name, address, telephone number and any information that describes their cap abilities in the following areas: on-site 24/7 customer service, providing solutions to system response, performing outbound/inbound calling surveys, maintaining the MSRC knowledgebase to include review of input for grammar and readability, maintaining in formation provided to customers through MTMC website, research and recommend CRM improvements and call center best-practices for the MSRC and the business process areas, knowledge in freight, personal property, passenger, ocean cargo, and tehnical, busines s improvement, reviewing solutions for technical accuracy, complete the Kaplan call center solutions and selection advantage test and demonstrate knowledge of technical, functional and or e-mail writing ability.
