- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are b eing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set aside for small business. All interested offerors may submit a quote. This shall be a Firm Fixed price contract. The specifications are as follows: 1 (one) each Panel Tactical Blanket (manufacture) Instant Armor Inc, catalog number 8P-TAC, or equivalent with same form, fit and function as same. with salient characteristics. 8 panel tactical armor blanket includes 3 suction cups strap (all rectangular panels) ite ms is a 5 man armor body shield. 1(one) each soft case/standard/black , manufacture Instant Armor Inc catalog number SC-STD, or equivalent with same form, fit and function as same. 1(one) each 4 piece aluminum extension pole set, Manufacture, Insta nt Armor Inc catalog number EP-26. 1(one) each pole pocket, Manufacture Instant Armor inc catalog number PP-01 (2 per set), or equivalent. 2(Two) each- loop strap, manufacture instant armor inc catalog number LS-01, or equivalent. 2(Two) Each hook str ap instant armor inc catalog number HS-01, or equivalent. 1(one hanger attachment set instant armor inc catalog number HGR-01, or equivalent, (3 per set). 1(one) nail hanger attachment set instant armor inc catalog number HGR-N, or equivalent (3 per se t). 1(one) each value insurance w/ carrier instant armor inc catalog number INS value insurance w/ carrier.
