Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12.6, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number is F61775-03-Q-2365 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-12. This acquisition is unrestricted. The US Air Force, 48 Contracting Squadron intends to award a firm fixed priced Purchase Order for Clin 0001 Alto Shamm Model 1200-UPS/SR/HD or equivalent, See Below for Breakdown; 0002 FRI-JADO Model BS10I, or equivalent, See Below for Breakdown; 0003 Baking Tray 40CM X 60CM, See Below for Breakdown; 0004 Alto Shaam Model 1200-TH/111 or equivalent, See Below for Breakdown: CLIN: 0001, 2 each Alto Shamm Model 1200-UPS/SR/HD or equivalent Double cavity, pass through hot food holding cabinet, employing Alto Shamm?s unique Halo Heat process to keep hot foods hot, safe and fresh for extended periods. Stainless steel exterior and interior. Features of each cavity to include: adjustable thermostat 60-200F (16-93) and temp gauge to monitor inside air temperature. Each cavity door fitted with two pair of vents to assist humidity control. Each cavity interior furnished with 2x side racks, 3x shelf grids. Each cabinet will be mounted on 4-5? heavy-duty casters, two rigid, two swivel but lockable. Dimension per cabinet: 24? W x 30? D x 73? H. Electrical rating 220/240v 50hz 1ph. Installation and training included in the Unit price. CLIN: 0002, 1 each FRI-JADO Model BS10I or equivalent 10 rack Bake Star Oven with a Bake Star Cooker hood and stand with a Multi speed dual 8 fan system. Electrical 400V 3n 3 x 35A with total power of 24KW All installation and training included in unit price. CLIN: 0003, 50 each Baking Tray 40CM X 60CM, Aluminum perforated tray. CLIN: 0004, 2 each Alto Shaam Model 1200-TH/111 Double cavity cook and hold oven, employing Alto Shamm?s unique Halo Heat process for precise, controlled cooking and holding. Stainless steel exterior and interior. Each cavity to include: microprocessor controls, thermostats and temp sensing probe. Each cavity interior furnished with 2 x side racks, 3 s shelf grids and 1 x drip tray with drain valve. Oven mounted on 4 heavy-duty casters. Two rigid and two swivel but lockable. Oven heating elements are covered by a 5-year parts warranty. Product capacity per cavity: 120 pounds (240 in total) Outside dimensions 24? W x 33? D x 75? H. Single phase, 30 amps supply required, Electrical rating 220/240, 50hz. Installation and training is included in the unit price.
