- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP) and is hereby issued under the number F08602-R-0111. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-15. This acquisition 100 percent set-aside for small business. REQUIREMENT: LINE ITEM 0001 ? Audio and Video System for the Enlisted Club, MacDill AFB FL (IAW the Statement of Work); QTY ? 1 Lot. The Solicitation Package provides a complete description of the requirement and is available upon request. DELIVERY: 60 Days after date of contract. PROVISIONS/CLAUSES: The following provisions/clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ? Commercial Items; 52-212-2, Evaluation ? Commercial Items (the evaluation criteria is contained in the solicitation); 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items (NOTE: A completed copy of this provision must be returned with the offer); 52.212-4 ? Contract Terms and Conditions ? Commercial Items; 52.212-5 ? Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders ? Commercial Items (provided in full text in the solicitation.) In addition to these provisions and clauses, there are special requirements/instructions provided in full text in the attached solicitation. SITE VISIT: There will be a site visit on 18 Sep 03, 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM, at the Enlisted Club, MacDill AFB FL. Contact TSgt Snyder if you plan on attending.
