VISX S40 Smart cards 10 doses per card / part number 0030-3551-11 Qty: 50 each This acquisition is a sole source acquisition for the purchase of VISX S4 Smart cards; all responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. The applicable NACIS code is 334510. Synopsis issue date is approximately 12 Sep 03 and will be available on http://www.eps.gov. Solicitation issue date is approximately 16 Sep 03 and will be available on http://www.eps.gov. Proposals are due NLT 3:00pm on 19 Sep 03. The government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price contract as a result of the solicitation and no split awards will be made. The solicitation will be posted on http://www.eps.gov. Offers unable to access and download may contact the contract specialist for instructions.
