- Description The United States Air Force intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with T-Mobile USA Inc. to provide service for 120 BlackBerry cellular phone at Whiteman AFB, Missouri. Services are expected to begin 01 October 2003. Award will be made in the form of a purchase order for a period of Twelve (12) Months (1 Oct 03 through 30 Sep 04). The only known source capable of providing all the services required for this requirement is T-Mobile USA Inc. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be conducted solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All responses must be received by 19 Sep 2003. This procurement is being conducted under simplified acquisition procedures.
