Description

This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) being issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Award set aside: 100% Small Business. NAICS Code 81311; SIC: 8661, $6,000,000. This RFQ contains the following line item: 0001 Non-Personal Service Contract as Catholic Pastoral Coordinator, 1 Oct 2003 ? 30 Sep 2004, with 4 option years. Complete item descriptions can be found in the statement of work (Attachment 1) included in the solicitation. Offers must contain a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3 Offer Representations and Certifications. The offeror is required to provide their Contractor?s Duns Number and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code with their offer. The CAGE code entered must be for the name and address provided by the contractor. Offerors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database (CCR).
