- Description
- Under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, the VA Medical Center at 7305 N. Military Trail West Palm Beach, Florida intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Given Imaging located at 5555 Oakbrook Parkway Norcross, Ga 30093 to provide all hardware, software, upgrades, support and accessories to a wireless capsule endoscopy system or video capsule endoscopy system. Anyone wishing to respond to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that they can meet these requirements. Interested parties have until September 23, 2003 to submit their qualifications and capabilities in writing. Such qualifications and capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. Fax responses to the attention of the Contracting Officer at 561-882-6507. Oral communications will not be accepted. If there are no responses to this notice within the time designated, negotiations will commence with Given Imaging.
