- This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract to TNT Combustion, Inc, Winter Haven, FL for semi-annual safety controls calibration, combustion controls and combustion efficiency testing on 3 Forney English Boilers with Preferred Instrument Combustion controls for the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd., Tampa, FL. This contract shall be for 1 year with 4 optional renewal years. This acquisition will be accomplished using commercial item procedures in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12 and accordance with FAR 6.302-1, for Other Than Full & Open Competition. This notice is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on response to this notice is sole within the discretion of the Government.
