Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Medical Center Carswell, Fort Worth, Texas, intends to issue solicitation RFQ 50507-046-3 to make a single award for three (3) portable hemodialysis units. The dialysis machines shall be Phoenix Dialysis Units or equal. The available utilities are: electrical - 120 volts AC, 60 Hz and water pressure from 15 to 80 psog. The dialysis machines must be Underwriters Laboratory certified and meet National Fire Protection Association 99 Health Care Facilities, Manufacture Requirements for Medical Equipment.. The NAICS code is 421450 and the Principle Product Code is 6515 and the Size Standard is 500 employees. The solicitation will be made available on or about September 15, 2003, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web-site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation.
