Description

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration as a requirement to provide all labor, supervision, equipment and material necessary to provide janitorial services under a performance based contract at the National Weather Service office in the Greenville-Spartanburg Airport, 1549 GSP Drive, Greer, SC. The work area covered by the specifications is approximately 5,700 square feet. Period of Performance will be October 1, 2003 through September 30, 2004 with four one-year options. The proposed contract is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. Copies of the solicitation will be attached as a downloadable Word file to this announcement on or about August 14, 2003. Hard copies of the solicitation will only be provided in response to written or faxed requests received directly from the requestor. Telephone requests will not be honored. Requests for copies of the solicitation may be faxed to (757) 441-3786. Offers received by August 28, 2003 will be considered for award. Award will be made on or about September 4, 2003. Numbered Note 1 applies. THIS MODIFICATION IS ISSUED TO EXTEND THE DUE DATE OF THE SOLICITATION TO SEPTEMBER 19, 2003.
