- DESCRIPTION: NSN: 3040-01-271-0304. Cylinder, Actuating, Linear. Made in accordance with Army drawing (19207) 12367365 and all current related data. Quantity of 200 each to be delivered within 210 days to Stockton, CA (50 each); Texarkana, TX (50 each); and New Cumberland, PA (100 each). First Article Test is required. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Notes: 1 and 26. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of 09/29/03. The Small Business size standard is 1000 employees. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS or SRweb solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
