- Description
- The Dept of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection intends to conduct an on-line reverse auction to be facilitated by a third-party auction provider, FedBid.com. FedBid.com has developed an on-line, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. All part numbers and functional specifications are provided on FedBid.com. Participants will submit a series of quotes that descend in price during the specified period of time. All responsible sources may submit a quote/offer to the DHS-Customs and Border Protection by using the online exchange located at www.FedBid.com. There is no cost to register, review procurement data or make an offer on line for RFQ-03-24214. Offerers that are not currently registered to use FedBid.com exchange should proceed to http://www.FedBid.com/selectvendor.jsp to complete their free registration. Offerers that require special consideration or assistance may contact the FedBid.com Helpdesk at 866-288-3535 or via email at ClientServices@FedBid.com. Offerers may also request a copy of the bid package by calling Jeffrey N. Daugherty at 317-298-1180 x1268 through the normal FedBizOpps avenue, and a copy of the bid package will be faxed to you.
