AN/AIC-37 Digital Control Indicators and Bus Couplers Set Aside: N/A Contracting Office Address Crane Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center, 300 Highway 361, Crane, IN 47522-5001 Description Modification P00007 is being issued to contract N00164-00-D-0006 to add line items for 66 each AN/AIC-37 Digital Control Indicators and 251 each AN/AIC-37 Bus Couplers. This contract action will be conducted on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division intends to modify the existing firm-fixed-price, supply-type contract with Telephonics Corporation, 815 Broad Hollow Road, Farmingdale, New York 11735. The bases for restricting competition are the propri etary rights of Telephonics Corporation and the duplicative costs to the Government to utilize another source to satisfy the Government?s requirement.
