- Description
- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to procure three system upgrades from Fortuna software to ONE Security Plus for the Office of Engraving. The sole-source supplier will be KBA Giori. This procurement action is for supplies in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 and 13.106-1. The resulting purchase order will exceed the simplified acquisition threshold. The procedures set forth in FAR Part 13.5 shall be used.
