- Description
- This is a notice of intent to award on a sole-source basis for the commercial items in accordance with FAR Part 12 procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice; a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) intends to contract with Seventh & Chestnut Associates, Suite 1200, One Independence Mall, Philadelphia, PA 19106, for firm, fixed rate parking of 3 vehicles, in a secured indoor facility, with guaranteed availability of spaces 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, located within a three block radius of the U.S. Attorney’s Office, for the period of 10/01/2003 through 09/30/2004. Service will be provided to: DHS, Philadelphia District Office, 1600 Callowhill Street, Philadelphia, PA 19130. This contract is for services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Seventh & Chestnut Associates under the authority 41 U.S.C. 253 ( c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 unless additional sources are located. This notice is being solicited on a sole-source basis unless alternate sources are located.
