Description

This is a notice of intent to issue a Purchase Order to Opus Healthcare Solutions, on a sole-source basis an order for the commercial licensor and software support for an OPUS Laboratory Information System. The Support agreement includes full service support for routine and non-routine software service, labor, expenses and parts. This notice constitutes the only notice. A written solicitation will not be issued. This action is being processed in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures including provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-15. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposal. The place of performance is the Federal Medical Center Butner, North Carolina. Under the authority of 41 U.S.C 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1.
