- Description
- GSA is interested in leasing office space consisting of approximately 6000 sf of rentable space in Buffalo, NY. Rentable space must yield 5270-5500 BOMA office area square feet for personnel, furnishings and equipment. Lease Term 10 Years, 5 years firm. UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: No ground floor space,Government needs 18 inside parking spaces. Offered properties must be in an area bounded by Edward and Goodell Sts. on the north, Michigan Avenue on the east, Upper Terrace along W. Genessee St. to Erie Basin Marina on the south, and South Elmwood on the west. This is an inquiry for available space and is not to be construed as an invitation to bid. The space must meet the requirements for handicapped access in accordance with PL-90-480 as amended. Preference will be given to buildings of a historic nature. Expressions of interest should include 1)Building Name and Address, Rentable square feet and rental rate per rentable sf, Name, address and phone number of inidividual to be contacted, and the common area factor. In no event shall the offeror enter into negotiations concerning the space to be leased with representatives of other Federal Agencies other than the officers and employees of the General Services Administration.
