- Description
- The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Indian Health Service (IHS) has identified a requirement in support of Water Fluoridation. The Phoenix Area Indian Health Service oversees various Indian reservations in Arizona, Nevada, Utah, and some of California. The government's objective is to obtain services from a Contractor through a Non-Personal Services Contract, who can perform the statement of work outline in the solicitation. Period of performance no longer than 10 months from the date of the award. Solicitation packages are available today, Thursday, September 4, 2003. Electronic format is available (Word Format or HTML Format). Responses are due by close of business September 19, 2003. Facsimile quotes are acceptable.
