- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitiation Number is TAS-10000-04-0001. The Bureau of the Public Debt for Treasury Agency Services has a requirement for sixteen parking spaces that must be located within one block of 1990 K Street NW Washington DC 20006 for the period of October 1, 2003 through September 30, 2004. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-15. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 812930 and the size standard is $6.0 million. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors—Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Award will be based on technically compliant, low price. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications—Commercial Items with their offer.
