- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Portland, Oregon is soliciting offers to provide Unit Dose Delivery of Radiopharmaceuticals for the Portland Division located at 3710 SW US Veterans Hospital Road, Portland, OR, or the Vancouver Division located at 1601 East 4th Plain Blvd., Vancouver, Washington. Evaluation criteria are described in the solicitation. It is estimated that a contract offer will be made not later than September 29, 2003, with contract performance to begin October 1, 2003. This is a commercial item acquisition. Contract offers will include a base year with (4) one-year option periods. Offers are due no later than 4:00pm local time September 26, 2003. No telephone requests for will be accepted. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments. This is a request for quotation procurement and there will be no public bid opening. North American Industry Classification Code for this procurement is 424210, with a size standard of 100 employees. This procurement is unrestricted. The solicitation is available as a web based document and should be downloaded by interested offerors.
