- Description
- The Tennessee Valley Healthcare System, Acquisition Service Center, 3400 Lebanon Pike, Murfreesboro, TN 37129 is seeking a Readjustment Counseling Therapist on an as-needed basis for the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center, P.O. Box 4000 Mountain, TN 37684-4000. The estimated hour per year is 625, with average of 12 hours per week. The performance period will be from October 1, 2003 through September 30, 2004 with two (2) one year options to renew. Responses are due to the Contracting Officer by September 19, 2003 at 4:00 P.M. CST. The NAICS code 621330 applies to this procurement. The Contracting Officer intends to award on a best value basis, utilizing price and other factors (technical specifications and past performance) under FAR Part 13.106. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside.
