- Description
- The US General Services Administration is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 17,333 square feet of rentable space. Rentable space must yield 14,733 - 16,466 BOMA Office Area Square feet, available for use by the Tenant for personnel, furnishings and equipment. The offerred space must be on one floor. This space is to be located within the following delineated area: North: The City limits of Hackensack, South: Essex Street in Hackensack to Court Street, Court Street to the Eastern City limits of Hackensack, East: The City limits of Hackensack, West: The City limits of Hackensack. The lease term will be for five (5) years. Expressions of interest should include the following information: 1. Building name and address, 2. Rentable square feet and rentable rate per square foot, 3. Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet, and 4. Common area factor(s)for available space by floor, if applicable. Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
