- REQUIREMENT: General Services Administration is interested in leasing office space in Midland, TX consisting of approximately 5,592 square feet of rentable space. Rentable space must yield 4,421 to 4,863 BOMA usable square feet of office space available for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. The space will be occupied by Social Security Administration. LEASE TERM: 10 years, 5 years firm UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: Office and related space must be on the ground floor, must be contiguous, and on one level without being split by a public corridor. Space should be highly visible and have easy access. The space should be no more than twice as long as it is wide and located on the ground floor. Parking for 30 vehicles is required. If onsite parking is not available, secure employee/visitor parking facilities must be available within 600 feet (or two blocks, whichever is less) of the office and must be within commercial rates. Regularly scheduled (throughout the day) public transportation must be available within 600 feet from the building entrance. LOCATION: Offered properties must be located in an area bounded by: NORTH: Loop/Hwy 250 WEST: Midland Drive EAST: Big Spring (Hwy 349) SOUTH: Wall Street Expressions of interest should include the following: 1) Building name and address 2) Rentable square feet and rate per rentable square foot 4) Name, address, and telephone number of individual to be contacted 5) Common Area Factor(s) for available space AUTHORIZED CONTACTS: In no event shall the offeror enter into negotiations concerning the space to be leased with representatives of Federal Agencies other than the officers and employees of General Services Administration.
