- Description
- This synopsis is hereby established as follows: FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to procure Premier Support Services for USJFCOM located in Norfolk, VA. This is a sole source action with Microsoft Corporation, which in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, since they are the only source capable of providing the required services. The FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing: (1) Technical Account Manager, up to 200 hours of a TAM's time for proactive, technical consulting and account management, (2) Technical Support, 45 Support Incidents which include hot fixes, critical problem alerts, multi-vendor coordination, and monthly status meetings, (3) Technical Information Services which include news flashes, expert roundtable participation, and unlimited-user service desk license. The period of performance is date of award through 12 months thereafter. The NAICS is 443120 and the Small Business Standard is 100. This announcement will close at 4:00pm on 8 September 2003.
