- Description
- The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) has a requirement for a Cost Plus Fixed Fee contract that will provide for the life cycle support for the Ship Self Defense Systems (SSDS), MK 1 and MK 2 and the Advanced Combat Direction System (ACDS) Block 1 during fiscal years 2004 through 2006 for CV(N), LPD, LSD and LHD class ships. It also includes support for SSDS MK 2 test, certification, EDR resolution and deployment on CV(N), LPD and LHD class ships. This includes performance modifications, as required, for Open Architecture and Single Integrated Air Picture, HMI improvements and Combat System upgrades. This requirement will be issued to Raytheon Systems Company, Integrated Defense Systems, 8680 Balboa Avenue, San Diego, CA. As the sole designer and manufacture of manufacturer of SSDS MK 2 technology. See Numbered Notes 22.
