- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation N61339-03-T-0069 is issued as a request for quote and incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-15. The solicitation shall be awarded on a sole source basis to CG2, Inc., 1525 Perimeter Parkway, Suite 325, Huntsville, AL 35806-3581. The SIC Code for this solicitation 7371 as a Small Business. The following items are required: CLIN 0001 High Resolution Imagery of San Clemente Island 1 Unit CLIN 0002 Custom Database 1 Unit CLIN 0003 Visual Database Reviews 2 Each CLIN 0003AA Preliminary Database Review CLIN 0003AB Final Database Review CLIN 0004 Correlated Maps of San Clemente Island 40 Units CLIN 0005 Correlated Maps of 29 Palms 20 Units CLIN 0006 Correlated Maps of Camp Pendleton 20 Units Delivery shall be made no later than March 1, 2004; acceptance shall be made at destination upon delivery. Delivery shall be made FOB Destination. The following FAR/DFARS provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1(Jul 2003), 52.212-2(Jan 1999), 52.212-3(Apr 2002), 52.212-4(Feb 2002), 52.212-5(Jun 2003), 52.232-33(May 1999), 52.232-36(May 1999), and 252.212-7001(Apr 2003).
