- NA The Presolicitation Notice is change to read as follows: Strapping Machine, strap size, 5/8inch X .020, steel strapping, max package size; 18inch H X 18 inch W, electrical 460, VAC, 3 Phase, DF 1-12 Dispenser, Foot Switch For Manual Operation, Custom Base Frame, Installation of equipment included. Issue date is changed to 9 September 2003. The solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102. Therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy m ay download it on or after the issue date by accessing this website, CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as well any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder s mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the solicitation via this website in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt may render the quote nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
