- NA The Northern Region Contracting Center (NRCC) anticipates issuring a solicitation on or about 15 Oct 2003 to provide services in support of Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA), Deputy Chief of Staff, G-3, Pentagon. Services are to include specialize d professional expertise in the area of sustainable management of the Army's ranges and land assets. Specific requirements include staff support to range and land planners at Headquarters and support agencies; cost and management analysis support; automate d tools support; range sustainability and encroachment; staff and operational support to Major Commands (MACOMs) and the Installation Management Agency (IMA) Regions to include Geographical Information Systems (GIS) efforts; technical and personnel support to installation Range Operations, Range and Training Land Programs, Integrated Training Area Management (ITAM) programs, Training Requirements Integration, Sustainable Range Awareness, Land Rehabilitation and Maintenance and Land Condition Trend Analysis, Range and maneuver area maintenance support, training aid support; automated targeting systems and combat system ranges support; range safety; integrated planning and management to include planning, land acquisition and munitions management support; range sustainability and mitigation management support; and National Environmental Protection Act and environmental impact assessment/statements support. The NAICS code is 541990 All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services. The size standard is $ 6M. This requirement will be issued as Unrestricted.
