- PR Number: FD20200327650 Contractor shall furnish all facilities, parts, materials, equiment and services, requirement to dissemble, inspect, repair as necessary, upgrade, reassemble, align, and functionally test each item, returning the items to a serviceable condition. Item: 0001 NSN: 6920-01-216-4139 REPAIR OF TOW REELING MACHINE, P/N: 53896-1, Total Line Item Qty: 2.0000 Destn: FB2029,HILL AFB,UT.,84056-5713. Delivery - ARO Days: 120 2.00 The anticipated award date will be:06OCT2003 All repaired/retrofitted items will be configured and perform IAW the latest (if any) requirements of the drawing number pertaining to the NSN being repaired/upgrded. The Government intends on using Integrated Product Teanm (IPT) pricing procedures, and oral solicitation procedures, with the sole source contractor. To: MEGGITT DEFENSE SYSTEMS, INC., TUSTIN, CA.,92780-7208. The proposed contract action is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all information received before the closing date will be considered by the Government. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are incomplete or not available and cannot be furnished by the Government.
