- Description
- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate, on a SOLE SOURCE basis, with North American CLS, Inc. of Largo, Maryland under authority 41 U.S.C. 253 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 for continuing access to ARGOS service to include standard service, data processing modifications, unused ID numbers, ALP service, location Dual Processing, Multi Satellite Service, ADS e-mail service, Telnet Service, and Dail-up service. North American CLS is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required services. This procurement will be processed in accordance with FAR Part 13. A justification for Other than Full and Open Competition is on file. The period of performance is September 2003 through September 2004. See Note 22.
