- Description
- The Bureau of the Census intends to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order utilizing simplified acquisition procedures (under FAR 13.5) to Thomson Financial Securities Data of Rockville, MD for interactive access to their online database for domestic mergers and corporate transaction. This data is used to help monitor changes with businesses in Census business register and will enable Census to maintain a more accurate Business Register which is the basis for all economic census and survey mailing list. Period of performance will be for one year. The intent of this synopsis is for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive bids, no solicitation will be issued.
