- This notice serves as a Tentative Decision under an A-76 Cost Comparison study for USDA-NRCS clerical services. USDA-NRCS has completed a USDA Direct Conversion study for clerical services in Ottawa, Kansas. As a result of this study, the performance of the function shall remain in-house. Appeals must be received in writing and within 20 calendar days after the publication date of this notice. The cost comparison information is available to affected parties upon request by contacting the contracting officer listed in this notice.
