- Description
- Customs and Border Protection requires 14,600 Ultra Life 9 volt lithium batteries, model U9VL-J. Standard commercial packaging for the batteries (individual or lot) will be accepted. However, batteries shall be packaged for shipment and acceptance by common carrier in accordance with transportation regulations. Pricing shall be FOB Origin (USA - 48 contiguous states and DC only). Shipment will be forwarded by Customs to 4 separate locations, therefore, 4 shipments shall be packaged for common carrier consisting of 1,600, 5,000, 1,400, and 6,600 batteries each. Date required: 30 days or sooner after award. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. The NAICS code is 335912, size standard 1,000 employees.
