- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Northrop Grumman Corporation, Bethpage, NY 11714, for the development, verification and validation of software associated with the E-2 tactical mission system upgrades and modifications. The PSA determined that Northrop Grumman possesses the requisite knowledge and experience required to meet the Navy’s requirements. The purpose of this notice is to seek subcontracting opportunities for this effort. Proposals in response to this notice of intent must be submitted no later than 15 days from the date of this notice. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, “Only one responsible source.” See Numbered Note 22. NAVAIR synopsis No. 20079-03.
