Description

Firm-Fixed Price Contract (FFP) to install Blast Resistant Window Film on (24) buildings with an "estimated" 15,966 square feet of total window coverage to be delivered to Beale AFB, CA. Contractors are required to do their own estimates either using the window schedule provided in the Statement of Work attached to the Solicitation or by attending a site visit and doing your own measuring. The suggested manufacturer is Madico, Inc. Only bids for items that are equal to the specifications and provide the same or equal capability will be accepted. This solicitation is set-aside for small business concerns and is under NAICS 238150 with a size standard of $12 Million. In addition, this solicitation will use competitive Request for Quotation procedures and will only be available by downloading from the EPS web site. Quotes are due no later than 4:30pm (1630) 16 Sep, 2003. Contractors must be registered in the Centralized Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to receive a contract award from any DoD activity. A site visit will be held on 9 September 2003. All contractors planning to attend will meet at the contracting squadron at 6500 B Street at 9:00 am.
