- Synopsis: This is a fixed-price contract for: Battery Assembly, NSN: 6140-01-416-3984BY, P/N: MAR-9327, Quantity of 44 Each with 4 one-year options of 120 each. Delivery: 44 each November 2003, Option quantities of 120 each at 10/month beginning January 2004. Destination: FB2065, Do35K Depot Supply, DDWG-ER-DLA Central Receiving, 455 Byron Street, Robins AFB, GA 31098-1611. The approximate issue date will be 12 May 2003 with an approximate response date of 12 June 2003. NAICS Code: 335912 SOLE SOURCE to Eagle-Picher Technologies, LLC CAGE: 81855 Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Justification: Supplies required are available from only one responsible source and no other type of supplies will satisfy agency requirements.
